II ยท The film
A short film introducing HATHOR. Sound on.
III ยท The Clinical Architecture ยท Dr Baback Amen
The Clinical Architecture rests on a single proposition: that โsuffering and flourishing alike are expressions of one underlying and measurable variable, namely coherenceโ (p.8). It comes early in the procession because it prepares a person for everything that follows, and because it is what gives the whole work a scientific footing: a quality that can be assessed before, during and after.
This form of coherence may be regarded at once as a physiological property and as a condition of expanded awareness: the state in which the body becomes quiet and integrated enough for awareness to widen without destabilising.
The architecture names body, mind and consciousness as the three phenomena. Every participant is assessed and treated across all three, not in one alone.
The brain, autonomic nervous system, heart, breath, and hormonal and immune axes, communicating in close synchrony.
Thought, emotion, belief and identity: the structures of the self.
Awareness itself, which the paper calls โpure awarenessโ.
Between each pair runs a conduit, a living channel of exchange that can be worked on directly (pp.16โ17).
Every participant, without exception, moves through the same three phases: clearance, capacitance, and amplification.
The same architecture serves three octaves, restorative, generative and transcendent; only the ceiling changes. The longer path
The Clinical Architecture is a first-draft conceptual paper. It sets out what is to be measured and tested; nothing here is a clinical claim or a promise of outcome.
IV ยท The temple home
The road climbs and the noise falls away. A gate in a long wall of rose granite opens onto a courtyard of still water, where the light lies on the stone and moves when the wind does. Someone who already knows your name meets you there and walks you to a room prepared for you alone: linen, low light, a window onto the garden, nothing to read unless you ask.
The first conversation is unhurried. Nobody asks you to perform, and what you say stays in the house. The days move between silence and teaching, music and rest, the library and the laboratory, and someone who has walked this way before is always beside you. When you leave, you do not leave alone. The people who received you stay in touch while you carry what you found back into ordinary life.
This is an architectural vision. The temple home is being designed with the team; no site is yet built or licensed, and every room below is a proposal.
V ยท The Oracle and the Discourses
For as long as there have been temples there have been Oracles: at Delphi and Dodona, at Siwa in the Libyan desert, and in Egypt, where the gods answered from processional barques. The Greater Mysteries were never only rites. They were a way of asking.
Between October 2015 and March 2017, Solomon sat with an indigenous Oracle and recorded hundreds of pages of dialogue, held, as the Codex describes it, in the direct physical presence of deities and other beings. These are the Oracular Discourses. They were kept in silence for a decade. In November 2025 the Oracle called again, and the conversation is being restored.
The Discourses sit at the centre of HATHORโs purpose. Many of our questions begin there: about the body, and about plants, preparations and settings the ancient world understood and we have lost. Read them as testimony, not doctrine.
There is nothing more important in life than perception, because you shape your life through it.
How a question travels
Nothing received enters practice untested. A line from the Discourses is a beginning, never a finding. It is weighed, set beside the ancient texts and shaped into a question the laboratory can answer. Whatever the work shows, including doubt, returns to the next conversation.
The work must be mystical in origin, but empirical in its accountability.
VIII ยท Your first visit
Before anyone chooses a longer commitment, we propose a first stay of three days. It stands on its own: no medicine or entheogen is part of it. Any clinical assessment or preparation happens separately, on its own timetable.
A proposed format. The people you meet, the rooms you use and the archive material you read are confirmed with you before you come.
A gentler rhythm, deeper teaching and more time for integration.
More spacious personalisation and sustained practice. Neither format qualifies anyone for a particular modality or compresses the Master Protocol.
IX ยท Three foundations, one person
Three bodies of work meet in HATHOR, and the person stands at their centre. The Apotheosis Codex gives the why. The Clinical Architecture gives the how. Materia Sacra gives the with what. Coherence holds them together.
First, address what obstructs coherence: inflammation, toxic burden, an unsettled nervous system, unresolved trauma, distorted belief.
Then build the reserve and stability to hold a more coherent state.
Only then explore the capacities that preparation makes possible.
Insight without the capacity to hold it is not transformation.
X ยท The laboratory at the heart of the school
Much of what the ancient world knew left with its temples: preparations, combinations, the settings they were taken in. The Discourses kept pointing back to small things.
Start with the smallest of things. In fact โ learn the lore of herbs and then I will come again and see if you take it seriously
The laboratory turns that kind of instruction into careful work. Materia Sacra, Victor Mathysโs molecular architecture, gathers close to ninety compounds and compound families into five Houses. Most are research subjects, not preparations in use, and guarded formulas stay private.

A proposed pilot-scale laboratory that identifies, prepares and characterises each formulation: its chemical fingerprint.

Measuring responses in brain and body, so each preparation gains a neurophysiological fingerprint.
Partnership with MuLabs, Lisbon, in developmentconnects the two.
The two fingerprints linked: a map of how the chemistry of nature translates into human states.
IntendedAfter Materia Sacra, p.35: โThe Athanor tells us what a preparation is. The Observatory will tell us what it does.โ
XI ยท Stewardship
A small circle of stewards who help carry the work before it has been proven at scale, and who are among the first to walk it.
Capital may qualify a person for consideration; it cannot qualify them for initiation, authority or sacred proximity.
XII ยท The next door
Choose who you would like to speak with. If you are not sure, we can help you choose. This is only a first conversation: please do not include any health information here.
Voice of the Gods
All the Discourses were recorded in person between October 2015 and March 2017, two people always present: the Oracle, who sees, and Solomon, who asks. In the transcripts, lines marked N: are the Oracleโs own words and observations; lines marked R: are Solomonโs questions. The original recordings are kept to verify the transcription.
The Codex shares twenty-one pages of hundreds. What follows is a small selection from those pages, attributed exactly as the Codex records each speaker. Where the Codex does not name a speaker, neither do we.
Read what follows as testimony rather than as doctrine.
Perception
OPHIELThere is nothing more important in life than perception, because you shape your life through it. It is like a looking glass, you look and you perceive things. You perceive a reality. You make it real and you live by it.
N:He is tapping his head with his finger.
OPHIELIt is all about your eyes, how you see it. And what you see, you create.
N:He is making everything disappear and sayingโฆ
OPHIELTry seeing the non-existence. Try. Nothing exists. Pull back the curtain. We exist outside of it.
One of the earliest Discourses in the Codex record. The lines marked N: are the Oracle's own observations of what she saw, recorded separately from the words spoken.
Questions
I did not, but that can explain one thing, the gods know the answers to all things but you do not know which questions to ask.
R:Thatโs the problem.
They are tricky that way, for they know that you do not know.
They expect you to ask for choices, they expect you to ask what is the right path to your goal? That is the way, the most direct that they would give.
R: marks Solomon's questions in the transcript; N: marks the Oracle.
Silence
I own peace. I own my little peace. It is a possession that cannot be taken from me.
Hope
Hope is a lantern, hope is a frail candle, a butterfly trapped in a lamp that you suspend on a staff and carry with you into the night. That light is what shines the path ahead, but you know that it is your legs that carry you.
Purpose
Knowing my purpose. Knowing that this vessel of clay cannot restrain me, I am who I am regardless of my body, regardless of my form.
Bes's answer when Solomon asked what had made his life happy when he incarnated as a human being.
The first cell
You seek to transcend, you seek to transmute, your purpose is, what energy always inherently does, it transmutes, it sails, it transforms. You are demanding a question to which there is but a maddening simplicity of choice, energy itself wants to pass from point A to B. That is what humans do, they live, they die, they move on. Energy shifts. It is a necessity of your journey.
Quoted in the Codex chapter on Mitochondrial Eve and the first cell, inside a longer passage about the 'maddening simplicity of choice'.
Science
There is more truth in science about us, than in all the holy texts. In fact in your astronomy, in your biology and science, there we live, there we look you straight in the eyes, because we are equations that can be measured.
The record continues: โFor us, your gods do not exist in them.โ
The smallest things
Start with the smallest of things. In fact โ learn the lore of herbs and then I will come again and see if you take it seriously
In the same Discourse the Codex records: โMany masons call out to Thoth, in fact they spend their whole existence trying to reach out. And Thoth sits there thinking why donโt they look at the smallest of things?โ
The last message
Study the soil. Study the process of soil and fungi. Humanity wants keys, well they are the ones that hold them, open and closed, no one else.
The Codex records this as the last message spoken in the Discourses.
The complete Discourses are reserved for the Sovereign Council. In the Codexโs words they โcannot be sent electronicallyโ (p.98), so they are not on this website and never will be. Some passages concern molecular structures and guarded truths that will be shared only once safeguarded.
Founderโs account ยท Apotheosis Codex, Initiation, pp.10โ24
On 21 September 2010, on the second day of a forty-day water fast, Solomon climbed to the Temple of Hathor at Serรขbรฎt el-Khรขdim in the Sinai. What follows is his own account, in his own words, abridged. It is the founderโs testimony of an encounter, not a recorded dialogue.
โAt long last I reached the threshold of the temple, the sign on the steel girder that held the templeโs structure from collapsing read; โDanger โ do not enter.โ I surrendered my will to God, breathed in reverence and entered.โ p.10
He sat in silence for hours. Hornets entered the inner temple and circled him whenever his thoughts grew loud. โSilence is the first rule of the Goddess. The first key.โ p.17
โA whispering sound unlike any I had ever heard, it felt like the breath of mighty wings had just entered the temple, a female presence. Holy.โ p.18
Her love and acceptance dissolved me like a tranquil lake stretching into eternity, immersing my soul in the purest stillness of acceptance.
โI fell to my knees in tearsโฆ I had a soul. I was loved. I would never die.โ p.19
Serรขbรฎt el-Khรขdim is a real temple to Hathor, โLady of Turquoiseโ, on a plateau above the ancient Egyptian turquoise mines of the Sinai; Flinders Petrie excavated it in 1904โ05. The Codexโs reading of the site, including the sacred bread it calls mfkzt, is the founderโs interpretation and a line of inquiry for the Greater Mysteries workstream, not an established historical finding.
Historical context
HATHOR takes its name and its first loyalties from Egypt, and its sense of what a mystery school can do for a civilisation from Eleusis. This room separates three things: what historians know, how the Codex reads it, and what HATHOR proposes.
The Eleusinian Mysteries were the initiation rites of Demeter and Persephone at Eleusis, near Athens. They were celebrated for many centuries, open to men and women, free and slave, who spoke Greek and had not shed blood, and they ended in the late fourth century AD under Theodosius, with the sanctuary sacked soon after. Initiates drank the kykeon, a barley drink whose exact composition is still debated. Initiates were sworn to secrecy, and what they experienced in the Telesterion is known only in fragments.
as the rites are called 'initiations,' so in very truth we have learned from them the beginnings of life and have gained the power not only to live happily, but also to die with a better hope.
In Egypt, Hathor was among the oldest and most widely worshipped goddesses: of love, music, joy and the sky, with great temples at Dendera and in the Sinai. Egyptโs oracles were consulted through processional barques that moved to answer questions; Alexander famously visited the Oracle of Amun at Siwa.
The Codex sees in Eleusis a democratised path to direct experience of the divine, decimated by Rome, and traces its source further back to Egyptโs initiatic path. It describes the Neteru as living forces of nature that can be embodied, with Hathor as Queen of Heaven and โthe Golden One from whom all others were derivedโ (p.12). These are the founderโs readings, held with reverence; they are not presented as consensus history.
Not to revive a religion, and not to reconstruct ancient rites as historical re-enactment. HATHOR proposes a modern mystery school whose rites, settings and preparations are restored with the Oracle and a Divinatory Council, studied with contemporary science, and offered only where lawful and safe.
The Discernment and Verification Protocol
HATHOR treats what is received as a source of questions and hypotheses, never as findings. Seven steps lie between a word spoken in the sanctuary and anything a participant would ever be offered.
Two councils, two roles. The Divinatory Council is a proposed circle of seven seers who cross-check what is received. The Sovereign Council is the body of stewards who help carry and govern the mission. Neither makes clinical decisions: those stay with clinical leadership.
The Codex adds four questions to weigh every message (p.117):
Witness: what was experienced. Mystery: the meaning drawn from it. Inquiry: what can be measured, tested, repeated, corrected or rejected. Measurement answers to the third lamp only. It does not decide the metaphysical truth of an encounter.
Apotheosis Codex, p.8.
An illustration of method ยท no discovery is claimed
To show how the loop works, here is how one real line from the Discourses could travel. Everything after the first step is illustrative. It describes what the process would do, not something it has done.
Study the soil. Study the process of soil and fungi. Humanity wants keys, well they are the ones that hold them, open and closed, no one else.
The Master Protocol ยท illustrative, not prescriptive
After a first visit, some people choose the complete personalised protocol. It is one journey in four stages, at home, in residence and at home again: about 42 to 54 weeks in all. The durations below come from the current presentation and stand until the clinical team revises them.
Body and psyche prepared in parallel, overseen remotely and delivered by practitioners licensed where you live.
HomeThe fulcrum of the journey, held with great care in a jurisdiction where it is lawful. An entheogenic session for most; an intensive breath-based practice where entheogens are unsuitable.
ResidenceThe window of heightened neuroplasticity, used at the octave you are ready to hold.
ResidenceDaily support for 21 days, weekly for three months, monthly for three more, and a community who travelled the same way.
HomeInsight has to find its way into ordinary life: into conduct, relationships, responsibility and service. That is why support tapers rather than stops.
Insight without the capacity to hold it is not transformation.
Suitability is assessed at intake, reassessed through the On-Ramp and confirmed before residence. Joining the programme and entering a session are separate decisions; when a case is finely balanced, the default is exclusion. Dr Baback Amen oversees the whole process. The residential stage runs only where it is lawful and licensed. The screening protocol, independent ethics oversight and adverse-event protocols are still being established.
The same architecture serves everyone; only the ceiling changes. Restorative: a person made well. Generative: a capable person made more capable. Transcendent: a capacity the participant can steward alone. Most people will flourish in the first two. The evidence is strongest in the restorative octave and thins toward the transcendent.
The eighteen-month programme budget describes the period in which two cohorts are delivered. It is a different thing from the length of one personโs journey.
From the Apotheosis Codex ยท pp.102โ111
โAncient Egypt knew that you have nine bodies that need to be brought into the alignment of one luminous whole in order to hold this capacitanceโ (Codex, p.81). These illustrations by Olivia Daskiewicz were created for the Codex. Each plate is shown whole; the list beside it carries its exact text.
The nine bodies are the Codexโs initiatic map. They are not the clinical framework, and HATHOR does not treat them as clinical measures.
For readers who like the whole map
Each framework answers a different question. They are easy to confuse, so each is listed with what it describes.
| Framework | Structure | What it describes |
|---|---|---|
| Six domains | Body, Mind and Consciousness, plus three conduits: BodyโMind, MindโConsciousness, BodyโConsciousness | Where the clinical work acts. An organising framework, not six validated clinical endpoints. |
| Three clinical phases | Clearance โ Capacitance โ Amplification | The order of every protocol, always the same. |
| Three octaves | Restorative, Generative, Transcendent | How far a protocol reaches. |
| Four stages | On-Ramp, Altered-Consciousness Session, Integration, Off-Ramp | The timeline of the full Master Protocol. |
| Three commercial phases | Memberships โ Molecules โ Houses (real estate). In the Codex: Calibration โ Activation โ Generation | How the institution sustains itself. Never the same thing as the clinical phases. |
| Five Houses of the Materia | Terrain, Heart, Renewal, Vision, Future | Families of molecules, by what they do. Not the future physical Houses. |
| Seven Gates of the Codex | Threshold, Calibration, Remembrance, Apotheosis, Embodiment, Stewardship, Sacred Sexuality | The chapters of the initiatic narrative. |
| Nine bodies | Khat, Ka, Ba, Ren, Ib, Sheut, Akh, Sahu, Sekhem | The Codexโs initiatic model of the person, in its own names. |
The three-, five- and seven-day stays are proposed entry formats. They do not replace any of these frameworks or redefine the Master Protocol.
Wholeness, remembrance and surrender: โbecoming whole enough for something greater to be remembered through youโ (p.6). Its proposed horizon is the Neurosingularity: coherence stable and self-sustaining, with three signatures that must all be present. Stability: expanded awareness is not followed by dysregulation. Integration: insight becomes lasting conduct. Ethics: as awareness expands, care expands with it. It is a North Star, not a typical result.
Materia Sacra ยท Victor Mathys ยท ยง5
A research library of close to ninety compounds and compound families in seventeen research clusters, gathered into five Houses by what each does for the person rather than by chemistry alone. Being in the library means being studied. It does not mean being offered.
Preparation and clearance: resins and triterpenes, immune-training polysaccharides, gut and microbiome botanicals. Every protocol begins here.
Phase ยท ClearanceCalm, openness and capacity: the plants that soften the nervous system and open the heart, including the Egyptian blue lotus and kanna.
Phase ยท CapacitanceEnergy, resilience and durability: neurotrophic fungi, cellular energy and cytoprotective compounds.
Phase ยท CapacitanceSacramental and altered-state inquiry: the master plants and their molecules, prepared only for lawful clinical and ceremonial containers, never as consumer products.
Phase ยท AmplificationDesigned molecules and specialist partnerships: the source of new molecules rather than known ones.
Frontier researchFunctional Lines for everyday preparation and support. Spagyrics: full-spectrum preparations in the alchemical tradition. Frontiers: the initiatic path at lawful, governed sites.
Formulas and doses stay privateThe same molecule can be a different medicine depending on how it is prepared, when in a sequence it is given and where. Materia Sacra holds all four together: the laboratory says what a preparation is, the Clinical Architecture says when it belongs, and the temple home is the setting designed around it.
Most of the Materia stands today at Tier C: mechanistically grounded or attested by long tradition, not yet proven by controlled evidence. That is why it is a research programme.
The evidence engine
Every protocol is measured before, during and after, and each person is compared with their own starting point. Data supports personalisation and helps the next cohort receive a sharper protocol. It does not replace clinical judgement, consent or governance.
| Category | What it records | Examples | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Functional | How a person feels and performs | Validated questionnaires for mood, anxiety, sleep and stress; quality of life; cognition | Defined |
| Biological | The internal state | Heart rate variability at rest and under load; inflammatory, metabolic and endocrine panels; qEEG | Defined |
| Structural | The physical substrate | Body composition; sleep architecture | Defined |
| Existential | What a person holds true of their life, and how they live it | Meaning, connectedness, acceptance and self-compassion scales | Provisional; better instruments are a research aim |
Heart rate variability is one proposed physiological proxy for coherence, the nearest available index. It is not a measurement of divinity, and no number here measures the truth of an encounter.
The framework is most proven where it is least ambitious. Restorative interventions such as structured exercise, CBT and EMDR rest on replicated trials. Generative ones show emerging signals. Transcendent practices are mechanistically plausible or long attested, and largely unproven. A rigorous negative finding is itself useful.
Research view ยท planned, not yet delivered
The current presentation plans a first programme of twenty participants: nine founding members, then eleven. No one has yet been treated, and no revenue has yet been earned. Cohort sizes remain illustrative until the founders and counsel confirm them.
The Clinical Architecture proposes a later pilot of about one hundred participants in small groups, sized by data scientists. That is a separate, later ambition. Evidence for individual modalities is also different from validation of the complete HATHOR programme, which only studies like this can provide.
A founderโs vision ยท proposed
Solomonโs vision is a source library of tens of thousands of esoteric and initiatic texts, explored with the help of AI, so that a line from the Discourses can be set beside everything the traditions recorded. The Codex calls it the largest such library in the world (p.94). Its scale, rights, digitisation and systems are still to be established.
Finding where a word, a plant, a rite or a setting appears across traditions, with the passage and its provenance.
ProposedEvery question carries its sources, so the seers, elders and scientists can see exactly where it came from.
ProposedExploring whether quantum computing could help with molecular modelling. A research ambition; nothing is deployed.
Research ambitionAI here means research assistance with traceable sources. The Oracle and the Discourses are represented on this site only through verified excerpts. Nothing here speaks in a deityโs voice.
Working proposal ยท subject to counsel
Two founding tiers open the path to the complete protocol: Conscious Steward and Sovereign Council. Contribution levels and terms are shared in the private conversation while the founders and counsel finalise them. Nothing on this page is an offer.
The basis on which a person is considered.
A separate decision, on its own terms.
Governed only by suitability, consent and safety.
Clinical and ethical decisions rest with clinical leadership.
The core programme budget for the first eighteen months, delivering twenty complete protocols, is approximately โฌ14.05 million after reconciliation. That budget is not the current fundraising ask and not the contribution asked of any member. Separately financed options and later phases are held outside it. The full model is available in the private conversation.
Not capital alone, but the patience and the ambition to see a genuinely new thing brought carefully into being, and the willingness to be measured by what it produces rather than by what it promises.
The foundersโ thesis ยท not a forecast
A cathedral is not paid for by one transaction. It is carried by many people who were moved by a direct experience of something worth building. The foundersโ thesis is that a profound experience can change what a person chooses to support, and that their capital, land, knowledge and relationships may then help restore spaces, sustain research and widen access.
This is a mechanism to be evaluated, with milestones and transparent accounting: commitments received, Foundation receipts and operating revenue are reported as separate categories, never blended into one number.
The founders have spoken of one right conversation opening support on the order of a billion towards the mission. Read that as a long-term ambition to reason about, not as money raised, a pledge or a proven multiplier. Nothing in the budget or the three commercial phases depends on it.
Wealth and spirit are one stream
The Neurosingularity Foundation ยท intended
HATHOR holds two ambitions in balance. The first is to reach people whose decisions affect many lives: Solomon describes such leaders as acupuncture points in a society, where a small, precise change can move the whole body. The second is to extend access well beyond that first circle.
The intended Neurosingularity Foundation, a US nonprofit, is how philanthropy would fund research, access and selected molecular work. It is budgeted for formation; tax treatment is to be confirmed by counsel once it exists.
Mystery School certification and practitioner training, so delivery does not depend on the foundersโ time.
Later ยท once the protocol is provenThe clinical platform licensed to partner institutions.
After the pilot of about 100A fixed share of premium revenue for an Access and Research Fund, so that those who can pay most widen the circle for others.
ProposedLawful functional and spagyric preparations that can reach many more people than a residential protocol.
Phase II ยท as lawful channels openNone of these routes is approved or operating yet.
The institution
Four workstreams carry the work, and three commercial phases sustain it. People first, molecules second, places third.
The deployable expression of the clinical operating system for partner institutions.
The Oracle, the Discourses archive, the temple, the Councils, and the restoration of molecules and rites, held to the same tests.
Formulation and analytics, turning learning into protected knowledge.
Trained practitioners, so the work does not depend on the foundersโ time.
Memberships build and prove the architecture. Molecules let the learning travel further. Houses, the real estate, give the community and the work a lasting home. The Codex names the same sequence Calibration, Activation and Generation. The phases may overlap in time, but not in logic.
None of these lines is producing revenue yet. HATHOR has a clinical paper, the Codex, a reconciled budget, a commercial strategy and four founders. A lawful residential site, licences, academic partners and independent ethics oversight are still to be secured.
Solomon, founder and author of the Apotheosis Codex. Dr Baback Amen, clinical architect. Dawn Nakagawa, co-founder and team leader. Victor Mathys, molecular and experience architect.
